How we work: The core service is remote. We handle the calls, emails, online forms, scheduling, trackers, comparison notes, and the follow-up that keeps things moving.

In-person help is limited and separate. On-the-ground help around Montclair may be available by separate arrangement, in writing — but it is not the core service, and we don't enter homes, hold keys, or wait for vendors unless separately agreed.

Quick Fix ($99) is one single task — one call, one appointment, one admin process. Vendor Chase ($199) is our featured package: outreach to up to 3 vendors for one home need, with one follow-up per vendor, availability and quote notes, and a simple comparison summary so you can decide easily. Vendor costs are separate and you pay vendors directly. We coordinate the outreach and comparison but don't guarantee vendor responses, pricing, availability, quality, or work.

Do you charge the vendors, or take a cut of their price?

No. We're paid by you for coordination only. We don't take referral fees or markups, and we don't handle payments. You pay your chosen vendor directly.

Do you guarantee the vendor's work or price?

No. We organize outreach, availability, and quotes and share what we learn — but we don't guarantee vendor work, pricing, availability, or quality. The relationship and payment are directly between you and the vendor.

Are you in person or remote?

Remote-first. Most work happens by phone, email, forms, scheduling, and trackers. Limited in-person help around Montclair may be available by separate written arrangement, but it's not the core service.
